Everyday I pray I honor God in all I do and have the perseverance to run the race and run it well. This will happen only if my focus remains centered on God and the path that He has chosen just for me. Each day, we are faced with challenges that either grow us or hinder us. When faced with distractions, we can feel chained to the world with our hearts full of routine rather than God and His truths. Will you pray with me today that we may all become unchained from the worldly distractions and center ourselves on the promises that God made for each of us?
Hebrews 12:1 beautifully directs us to unchain ourselves from all that entangles us and run the race chosen by God with everything we have in us. Are you up for this challenge?
May this week mark a race run with a perseverance that actively seeks God first and honors Him in all we set out to do.
Blessings,
Mary

I’m grateful to know the One who holds the keys to sin and death. He’s always ready and able to remove the chains I put around myself. What a comfort that is to know. Blessed your “Unchained” Sunday, Mary. I’ll take this verse into mine.
So blessed by your visit today! May we all feel the chains of life breaking away and releasing us from all the worldly mess that weighs us down. May your week be beautiful!
